Our outreach to the community is an expression of our love forJesus and His people. We reach out to feed the poor and hungry of the inner city, both at Brookside (Community Hunger Center) and St. Luke's (Inner City Church). Our parishioners visit nursing homes to sing and share and promote health through our Wellness ministry. We financially support numerous local, national and international programs. We are grateful to be a blessing in the Lord's name and love.

We plan to implement the Alpha program in the fall, a very successful way to share ones faith in an exciting and life changing way. The church is about relationships and Advent seeks to strengthen and deepen them. Annual events include: A summer picnic, Lenten Speaker series, community Christmas Concert, Mothers and Fathers Day celebrations, church work parties, new member welcome reception and small group activities. New events are being planned to encourage and strengthen the relationships of our members.
